DC Metro & Parking Directions- 2311 M St

Walking Directions from the Metro Station 

We are 3 blocks from FOGGY BOTTOM/ GWU  Metro Station on the ORANGE LINE or BLUE LINE. After exiting the metro station turn left and  walk  half way around WASHINGTON CIRCLE and continue heading NORTH on 23rd STREET past the Ritz Hotel which will be on your right side. Walk past the Ritz  to M  STREET. Go left on M street (which you will see a United Bank) when you reach M STREET. We are half a block down M STREET on the  right side of the street in a medical office building  next to the Park Hyatt Hotel and across from the Westin Grand Hotel. 2311 M st. Go to 4th floor we are in suite 402.

If  RED LINE is easier or you like the scenic route, then DUPONT CIRCLE is a 1/2 mile walk ( 15 minutes). From the circle ( Dupont South exit) go down NEW HAMPSHIRE AVE ,  continue past the Front Page Restaurant , walk 3 blocks take a right on M street at the corner of Meiwah Restaurant . Walk 2 blocks on M street past the fire station. We are  the right side of the street in a medical office building  next to the Park Hyatt Hotel and across from the Westin Grand Hotel. 2311 M st. Go to 4th floor we are in suite 402.

Feb 1, 2012 Dupont SOUTH metro exit  is closed for repairs, Directions from Dupont NORTH exit 

1. 0.2 mi/Head toward Massachusetts Ave NW on 20th St NW.
2. 0.2 mi/Bear right onto New Hampshire Ave NW.
3. 0.2 mi/Bear right onto M St NW.
4. Your destination on M St NW is on the right. The trip takes 0.6 mi/ and 2 mins.

         

PARKING  Please give yourself some extra time if you are a first time client or  have never been to our building, as you will need to fill out office paperwork after you obtain your parking spot

FREE PARKING OPTIONS:  Zone 3 in residential neighborhood around 21st/22nd and N or O streets ( 2 hours Free) but a couple blocks walk. Also some zone parking is on 25th  street  between L & M.  Not recommended if you are not familiar with the area or have never been to our office. Trader Joes: 1 hour Free with Purchase from their store. (1101 25th Street)

METERED PARKING OPTIONS: Available all along  23rd, 24th streets and in front of our building on  M street. Fairly accessible to find spot. They take credit cards and coins ( we do not provide change). Also see below about Park Mobile

GARAGE PARKING OPTIONS: Multiple garages within 1 block. Recommend PMI  Monumental parking on 24th between M and L street ( $7.00 1st hour, $9.00 for 2 hrs).  If your visit will be more than 2 hours ( $10 flat fee) we  recommend System Parking 2301 23rd street ( corner of 23rd and M st) . There are two additional Colonial Parking garages within one block ( 2440 M street and one behind the alley in the Park Hyatt)

PARK MOBILE is an option for any metered parking in DC. You can register by phone 1-877-727-5758 or online https://parkmobile.us/phonixxregistration/register.aspx . By registering a credit card this will allow you parking at most meters throughout DC. Once you arrive at a meter you  can use your phone to code in how much time you want on the meter and spot location. You will get a text message if your meter is about to expire and can add more time by your phone and do not have to worry about searching for loose change.
